At wide receiver, he runs clean, effective routes and understands how to create separation from defenders, giving his quarterback a clear throwing window. He plays with good awareness in space and shows the ability to adjust his route and positioning to get open. His combination of quickness and athleticism makes him a difficult matchup. Once Pattok gets the football in his hands, another part of his game takes over. He is electric in the open field, showing the vision and change of direction to make defenders miss and cut back against pursuit. He doesn't simply rely on straight-line speed; he sees running lanes, changes direction naturally, and can turn a short reception into a significant gain. When he finds open space, he also has the speed to separate from the defense and take the football all the way to the end zone.
